When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add Sales@restycle.com to your safe sender list.
USA SHIPPING
Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Since we are located in Maryland, if your shipping address is a Maryland, Virginia, or District of Columbia address you can expect your package a bit earlier — usually within 2-3 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping vary base on country. Standard time frame is 10-15 business days

POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Restycle, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Restycle. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
